First, try verifying the integrity of the game files, then reboot your pc.I don't use the Horizon mod but, I just briefly skimmed through the mods description and posts pages. It is suppose to load last in your load order. AND WOW, there are a Ton of Required patches for it to work with many other mods.
For example, you need a patch for it to work with Unique Player. I suggest re-reading everything on the mod's page, especially the Requirements section.Edit; Also make sure none of your mods require Wasteland Workshop or Vault-Tec or even Contraptions. Like maybe that Slavery mod you have. I assume that slavery mod has a pillory with it and the Contraptions DLC is what added it to the game. Check the requirements for All of your mods.Edit; OP, check that ammo crafting mod and make sure it doesn't require the Contraptions DLC. Don't know what mod you have but;This one requires Contraptions;And this one doesn't;You may have a different one, just check All requirements for All your mods. And, pay attention to that Horizon mods load orders for the mod, it's addons and the patches for it to work with other mods you have.

Go back and read the descriptions of your activated mods. One of them will say not to activate it until after you have left the vault or started a new game. If you decide not to do that, then you're going to have to disable your mods and test them one at a time until you find it.And like was said prior, update your mods and get the required patches. That could be the culprit as well.Start with looking at spring cleaning and true grass. Mods that alter S.H. Are often not coded to ignore the pre-war part of the settlement (ie before yougo to the vault).
They try to alter S.H. As soon as the game loads and they can't, causing infinite load.

I deleted it, but it doesn't help.
What can I do to solve it? Sorry for reviving dead thread. My new game used to work, don't know why it isn't now.
